THREE PATHS, ONE SHARED ATTENTION
Pause for a moment.
See a little more clearly.
You don’t have to stop thinking or know how to sit still. Mindfulness begins with what is here—and how you meet it.
An attitude to explore, a practice to try, an image to spend time with. You can begin anywhere. Choose what speaks to you today.

How we practise matters.
“I think too much. I can’t sit still. I don’t have the patience.” Through my mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) programmes and the free online meditations I offered during COVID, I heard these words often.
They brought me back to an essential question: what attitude do we bring to practice? We don’t need to become calm or patient before beginning. We can learn to meet our restlessness and impatience, too.
These three spaces grow from that inquiry: exploring our attitudes, embodying mindfulness in everyday activities, and looking closely at the world.
